| Request to change the May 18, 2017 regular Town Council meeting date to May 17, 2017 |

| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: |
| At its regular meeting on December 7, 2016, Council approved the 2017 regular Town Council meeting schedule, which included a regular meeting scheduled for May 18, 2017 (Thursday) due to Canyon del Oro and Ironwood Ridge High School graduations. The Town was recently informed that Canyon del Oro and Ironwood Ridge High School graduations were scheduled to take place the week of May 22 this year, therefore, eliminating the need to move the second regularly scheduled Council meeting in May to Thursday. In the event that the Town Council would like to change the May 18 (Thursday) regular Town Council meeting back to May 17 (Wednesday), the Town Council must take formal action. |
