Cancellation of the July 19, 2017 regular Town Council meeting

RECOMMENDATION:

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

At its regular meeting on December 7, 2016, the Council approved the 2017 regular Town Council meeting schedule, which included a regular meeting scheduled for July 19, 2017. Currently, there is no business scheduled for the July 19 regular Town Council meeting. In the event that the Town Council would like to cancel the July 19 regular Town Council meeting, the Town Council must take formal action.
